If you wanted to start building a case for George Jones as best voice in the business you could start with this one as exhibit A. She Thinks I Still Care (1962) was his third of fourteen number one country hits.
This particular version of the recording has the beginning, just a couple of seconds I think, lopped off and a distorted picture. I’ll replace it when I find one of better quality.
